Okay-

So I probably noticed that my clothing was fitting a little tighter, a bit more jiggle to the step. But I had not changed my habits or my routine in over 4 years. Then the ahah! moment. I go for my yearly check-up and I am heavier than have every been. I am officially OVERWEIGHT. Sounds like a dirty word. So anyway, time to loose some weight. The problem is the things that worked before no longer help. As we approach 50, our metabolism slows down so we have to shake things up. Time to call in reinforcements. I have been seeing Dr. Sudy for over 3 years and have had great results with my skin. I noticed they offered a diet program that sounded right for me. so I thought I would give it a try.

This is not a diet plan if you need baby sitters or special food. This is a diet plan for grown-ups. They first make sure you are in good health. Then they work with you to formulate goals. They will evaluate your eating habits and make recommendations that work. . They believe in gradual weight loss that will stay off. They believe in maintenance of health along the way and will cheer you on. In summary, they will help YOU design a program that is right for YOU. No cookie cutter program. No magic. Just sound advice and help. I have lost 17 pounds thus far and my goal is 13 more by August. I know with Dr. Sudy and the Evolve team, I will reach that goal AND MAINTAIN IT!

It's a terribly common story, but I've always been a beach lover and now at 32 it shows all over my skin. I sought out Dr. Sudy because of his excellent reputation and fabulous staff (who all have glowing skin!).

Georgia and Dr. Sudy helped me decide to do a combination BBL / Profractional resurfacing treatment to address age spots and fine lines. I was nervous about the procedure, but decided minor corrections in my thirties are better than major overhalls in my forties. So I swallowed hard, booked an appointment, and looked at before / after pictures for continued moral courage.

I was told there would not be a lot of pain with the BBL / Profractional, but I remained skeptical (I've never been accused of having a high pain tolerance).

When I arrived at the office, Michelle applied numbing cream to my face. I relaxed for about forty-five minutes - reading magazines, drinking coffee and listening to my ipod.

When the numbing cream took effect, which is an odd sensation, we moved rooms and Dr. Sudy began to work. The numbing cream prevented me from feeling any pain, and I was relaxed and comfortable throughout both the BBL and Profractional. I wore eye protectants and I was able to listen to listen to my ipod throughout both procedures.

There was hardly any pain associated with the BBL, which was the first procedure done. During the BBL, there are sharp flashes of red light as the laser works on the skin (which you can see under the eye wear). The light "startles" a little, but the laser is not painful and the entire facial procedure took about ten minutes.

The next procedure was the Profractional resurfacing. As Dr. Sudy said, "Are you ready?", I clenched my teeth and responded, "No!". But it didn't hurt (at least it didn't hurt bad). There were periods of discomfort (for me around my upper lip), but this was never truly painful, just uncomfortable. Perhaps the most uncomfortable part of the entire procedure is a sunburn-like sensation following the laser treatment. The sensation is very bearable, and before I left the office Michelle applied a solution which made the burning stop almost entirely.

Dr. Sudy and Michelle were overly communicative during my procedure, which really helped me stay relaxed. They constantly inquired as to my comfort level, and if I had been uncomfortable they would have been able to apply more numbing cream before continuing (I did not need this). I left the office saying to myself, "I can't believe I was so worried!" I am excited about seeing my skin heal, and I look forward to having healthier, prettier skin.

I came home the other night and my husband asked me why I was wearing makeup. I didn’t have makeup on. I asked why he thought I had makeup on and he said my skin looks so smooth and even.

I have coworkers that have repeatedly told me that my skin looks amazing.

I was getting adult onset acne and now I hardly ever get a breakout.

I’ve had 3 profractionals over the past 2 years and I would highly recommend them for the general health of my skin, the clarity of my skin is completely different, my pores are tighter and my skin is more even toned. My sun damage is gone.

The first day is the worst but even then it’s really no big deal. The next day I felt like I had a sunburn. Within a week I could start to see results.

I am writing to thank you for the results I have received from the many treatments. I came to you guys with severe acne that demolished me. I was a Senior in high school and had never experienced any problems with my skin. My self-esteem lowered and I even remember crying during my consultation. I didn't think that there was anything that could help the breakouts covering my cheeks and my chin. Dr. Sudy sat down with my Mom and I and told us the acne program was going to take time but it would help me greatly. I trusted him and then met with Georgia who was so comforting and positive. I trusted her from my first treatment to my last. The acne bootcamp saved my Senior Year from being a complete downfall. Each peel and laser treatment presented great progress. I remember the week after my peels, my skin glowed. It was amazing. My skin cleared before summer! I was a completely differenct person and felt confident in myself. I owe it all to the Regenesis Staff and especially to Dr. Sudy, Georgia and Mischell!

Thank you so much for everything. This miracle has even inspired me to pursue aesthetics while majoring in Dietetics at James Madison University.

I am 38 and I've been going to the medspa for about 2 yrs...just wanted to get the word out that they are the best! I have been to several different ones in the Charlotte & Ballantyne area and you won't find a more knowledgeable, pleasant one. I really like the fact that they don't push their products on you...no pressure. I have had several chemical peels, botox and some laser so far. I am planning on having more laser due to all of the serious sun damage I acquired growing up in the South and not wearing much sunscreen, if ANY! When I saw the digital images of my skin and how bad and REAL the sun damage was I was stunned! I used to go to the tanning beds thinking it was safer but I'm here to tell you the only safe TAN is a SPRAY TAN! If you're looking for a medspa in the Ballantyne area, you won't beat the location or the service here. They are in The Blakeney Shopping Ctr. Good Luckand Enjoy!

I made an appointment with Regenisis for a consultation for Botox and facial fillers. Dr. Sudy himself gave the consultation and was very informative and patient with all my questions. I went ahead the the treatments and was extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Sudy offers a realistic approach to botox and fillers that look natural and not overdone. He is very gentle with the injections and spends as much time as necessary to give you the results that you are looking for. His bedside manners are impeccable and his staff is extremely knowledgeable. I have since had a laser skin treatment, a facial, laser hair removal and most recently a spray tan. I have been extremely pleased with every service I have received and am happy to recommend Dr. Sudy and his entire staff to friends and family.

I had to write about Dr. Sudy and his practice, ReGenesis. I had been thinking about getting Botox for a while, but was leary because of horror stories I have heard in the news. I saw that Dr. Sudy had positive reviews and actually heard good things about him thru the grapevine, I decided to give his office a call. I spoke at length with Bethany and she was so helpful and full of information. Reassured, I set up an appointment and saw Dr. Sudy. I was so impressed that the physician actually took his time with me, asked about my concernes, examined me and the recommended a treatment plan. I have to say I am very pleased with my Botox results and am going back to work on the texture and sundamage. My recommendation is to definitely give ReGenesis and Dr. Sudy a try. But where ever you end up, be sure that a physician is actively involved in your care. I think it makes all the difference...at least it does to me. Safety and results are more important than discounts.


Turn back the hands of time while placing yourself in the highly skilled hands of this superb staff!

After a visit to ReGenesis today, I felt compelled to spread the word about this hidden treasure tucked in the heart of Southpark, though after reading the other reviews, it appears they won't stay a secret for long! I sought out Dr. Sudy for several areas of improvement including: broken capillaries, reducing facial redness, and erasing telltale signs of too much time in the sun. After interviewing several other "similar" facilities, I chose Regenesis for this work, as I found their staff to be highly competent and friendly, and appreciated their thoroughness and pride in their work, while maintaining reasonable prices for the various services offered. Another important factor is that Dr. Sudy is medically trained, and personally administers many of the treatments. Another reviewer said it best: their most effective advertisement is the beautiful, flawless skin of everyone working there! I began with a microdermabrasion given by Kelly - fantastic! Given my sensitive skin, I was initially a bit apprehensive, but she listened to my concerns and addressed each of them throughout the treatment. My second appointment was a consult and treatment with Dr. Sudy. I was quite impressed with the time he took to answer all of my questions, develop a customized treatment plan, and assisted me in fine-tuning my current skin care regimen. He then treated the broken capillaries on my face. Though this procedure isn't painfree, he was very considerate of my pain threshold throughout the treatment. It was well worth it - my face already showed great improvement, and I can't wait for the IPL procedure in two weeks' time! I ended the visit with a massage from Anna. Don't let her svelte appearance fool you - she is very skilled at straightening out the toughest knots, and gave one of the most relaxing yet effective massages I've ever experienced. I am hard-pressed to come up with any suggestions for improvement - thanks, Dr. Sudy, for coming to Charlotte!

Call and book a massage with Anna. She is awesome, very knowledgable. I visited her based on a friends recommendation and now I'm a loyal client. Each time I have visited her the results improve with my stress/back issues. She just does a excellent job!

I was referred to Dr. Sudy by several people for botox. When I went in for my appointment, I was greeted so warmly. The facility was so nice. Dr. Sudy took his time going over everything I could possibly need to know about the procedure and what to expect. I found the prices for Botox at ReGenesis to be along the same lines as everywhere I had called, yet their price included a consultation with the physician, the procedure itself, and a two week follow up appt. Not to mention I had a physician doing my Botox, unlike many of the other spas AND surgery centers. I was overall, so impressed with my experience at ReGenesis. If you want a highly trained physician, with extensive experience in injections, Dr. Sudy is your man.

Intense Pulse Light-Blue light treatment

I had dark patches under both of my eyes on my upper cheeks caused from a chemical found in some types of skin cream and then going into the sun, also birth control may have been a factor. Anyway I learned of Dr. Sudy and he treated my condition with a light treatment and both sides of my face cleared up perfectly. The intense pulse light treatment is amazing, and now my skin is perfect. Well worth every penny!!!!

As a newly pregnant young woman, I was discouraged to see my skin health decline. I assumed that nothing could be done to help my new acne, but was pleasantly suprised to discover ReGenesis Medical Spa and their knowledgable medical staff. Dr. Sudy recomended a great skin care line combined with a Oxygenating Peel and microdermabrasion treatment. I love the results and will continue to enjoy Oxygenating Peels and microdermabrasion treatments throughout my pregnancy and afterwards!

I went to Regenesis Medical Spa and Wellness center to get some Botox. I was apprehensive at first but the staff made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Sudy took his time to explain the procedure to me and evaluate what would be best for me. I am so happy with the results and the procedure was painless. It was so easy to do. I'm definitly going back.

I had a wonderful experience at Regenesis Medical Spa! I've had IPL treatments at other facilities, but this was by far the best. Dr. Sudy and his staff were so friendly and seemed to go the extra mile in addressing my concerns. The facility was beautiful and relaxing. I also had much less discomfort during the IPL treatment compared to what I experienced elsewhere. Highly recommended!!

I usually don't write reviews, but felt it was worth it after my visit at ReGenesis. I felt so comfortable from the time I came through the doors to the time I left. I had Restylane done about 3 months ago and loved it, just came back for my touch up and just as the first time, I was greeted with such warmth and care. During each visit, Dr. Sudy spent quite a while talking with me which made me feel good, as well as, after each treatment, he would call to check on me the following day. I just feel that this kind of care is hard to find these days and I will do my best to let everyone know about it.

What a beautiful spa! What a great experience! I go to Charlotte to visit friends and spotted the spa across from SouthPark Mall. I made an appointment and I had Botox injections by Dr. Yousuff. She was so gentle that I hardly felt a thing. I now look less tired and less angry. I went back and discussed some skincare concerns I had with Dr. Sudy. He explained my options in layman terms and didn't try to sell me on anything. I really felt he listened to me and that he was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend ReGenesis.

Great Botox

I travel quite a bit between San Francisco and Charlotte. I always have botox done in San Francisco, but now I will have it done regularly in Charlotte. Dr. Sudy was very personable with a great bedside manner. He took his time answering my questions and was very thorough. The setting is very beautiful and office staff friendly and helpful. The botox is the best I've ever had. Now I'm going to have to find a way to be in Charlotte every 12 weeks.
