Evolve Medical Associates provides a variety of health and aesthetic services to Charlotte, North Carolina. Our Story

Our founder, Dr. Don Sudy, was a flight surgeon in the Air Force, and after serving as an emergency room doctor in the civilian sector, he decided that he wanted to help people take a more proactive approach to their healthcare. He founded Evolve Medical Associates in 2005 as a medical spa and wellness center, and from there he took the natural next step into cosmetic treatments.

Since then, we’ve expanded our services to include laser treatments, BOTOX® and fillers, and skin rejuvenation procedures that help our patients look and feel their very best.

I noticed my breakouts visibly improving within just a few days. Isabella was incredibly patient, gentle, and very detail-oriented throughout the entire treatment. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I truly felt well cared for and highly recommend her.

Dr. Sudy is very honest with his patients and always gives straightforward advice. He will tell you directly if something isn’t suitable or if you don’t need a certain treatment. I had Botox injections with him, and his injection skills are excellent, he knows exactly how much to use and precisely where to inject.
