Restylane® Refyne
Restylane® Refyne is also used to address nasolabial folds and marionette lines, but its mid-level lifting effect makes it a choice for moderate facial wrinkles and lines. It’s used to softly refine the facial features, and its results are more subtle than those of Restylane® Defyne.
Restylane® Lyft
Restylane® Lyft is formulated to correct volume loss and address wrinkles in the midface area, but can also be used to restore volume in the hands as well. Restylane® Lyft was formerly known as Perlane-L® and was designed specifically to add fullness to the face and hands.

Which Areas Does Restylane® Treat?
The different fillers in the Restylane® line can be used to treat mild to severe nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and smile lines; lines around the mouth and vertical lines above the lips; and to enhance the backs of the hands. Is Restylane® Safe?
Absolutely! Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally on the body, and therefore dissolves naturally with time and is integrated into the body’s tissues. Restylane® itself was used in Europe and Canada for many years before gaining FDA approval in 2016. However, like all injectables, Restylane® treatments are safest when administered by trained professionals like our staff at Evolve.
What Will My Treatment Look Like?
During your session, our expert injectors will strategically apply Restylane® to the designated treatment areas. You may feel a slight pinching sensation, but many of our patients choose the added comfort of a topical anesthetic cream to make the treatment relatively painless.
Are There Side Effects to Restylane®?
Like other dermal fillers, the side effects of Restylane® can include redness, swelling, bruising, and tenderness at the injection sites. These side effects are typically minimal and wear off in just a few days, but cold compresses and ibuprofen can be used to ease any discomfort.
Is There Downtime Associated with Restylane®?
Following your Restylane® treatment, you can resume normal activities immediately. However, as there can sometimes be side effects like mild swelling, we recommend not scheduling Restylane® sessions just before any major events.
How Long Will My Results Last?
Dermal fillers are absorbed by the body over time and require repeated maintenance treatments. Depending on the area treated, results can last up to six months or longer. During your consultation, we’ll be able to give you a better idea of how often you’ll need a touch-up in order to maintain your best results.
